Arcade Rush — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 25 May 2026 · Data controller: FNT Lab LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”)

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Arcade Rush mobile application (the “App”). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

We do not require you to create an account to play. Most game progress is stored on your device. We do use third-party services for analytics, product configuration, and in-app purchases on supported platforms.

1. Who is responsible for your data

FNT Lab LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the App, except where a third party acts as an independent controller (for example, your app store or payment provider). For privacy questions, use Contact Us in the App when available, or the support channel on the Arcade Rush store listing.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Data stored on your device (local)

The App saves gameplay and preferences locally using on-device storage (for example, SharedPreferences). This may include:

This data stays on your device unless you uninstall the App, clear app data, or use in-app reset options. We do not automatically upload this local progress to our own servers.

2.2 Information you choose to provide

Contact Us: The feedback dialog lets you type a message and optionally an email address. When you submit the form, we send that content to PostHog using their analytics SDK so we can read and respond to feedback. PostHog stores your message and email (if provided) together with a pseudonymous installation identifier. We do not send contact submissions to a separate feedback server of our own.

In-app ratings: Thumbs-up or thumbs-down on a game are stored locally and also sent to PostHog via the analytics SDK (for example the game_feedback_given event with game_id, sentiment, and related properties). Selecting thumbs down may open the contact dialog described above.

2.3 Analytics and diagnostics (PostHog)

We use PostHog (US region: us.i.posthog.com) to understand how the App is used, improve games, run experiments, and fix crashes. PostHog may assign or receive a persistent pseudonymous identifier for your installation.

Automatic SDK collection includes, where enabled:

Session replay: Replay is enabled with text and images not masked. Recordings may show on-screen UI, game state, and anything visible while you use the App. Avoid entering personal information on screen if you do not want it captured in replay.

Custom events we send (examples; not exhaustive) include:

Category Examples Typical properties
Gameplay game_started, wave_reached, game_restart, game_reset game_id, level/wave numbers, flags such as is_new_best
Hub & UI Screen views: game/{id}, hub/drawer, hub/speed_dial, hub/settings, hub/about, hub/contact, game/sheet/{id} game_id where relevant
Feedback game_feedback_given, contact form submission game_id, sentiment, action; contact: message text, optional email
Paywall paywall_impression, paywall_unlock, paywall_close, paywall_restore_purchase, paywall_purchase_completed, legal link taps game_id, optional level
Purchases (hub) hub_drawer_unlock_tap, hub_drawer_restore_purchase_tap

We use internal game ids (for example dino_run, pinball_rush), not display titles, in event properties. Feature-flag lookups used to enable games or paywall behavior are not logged as analytics events.

2.4 Purchases (RevenueCat and app stores)

On platforms where in-app purchases are enabled (currently Android; iOS paywall may be disabled in some builds), purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store and entitlement state is managed via RevenueCat. Those providers may process payment identifiers, purchase history, and device or account information under their own policies. We receive purchase/entitlement status (for example whether the pro_lifetime unlock is active) to unlock content in the App—not your full payment card details.

2.5 What we do not collect

Based on the current App design, we do not intentionally collect:

Opening legal pages (this policy, terms) in your browser uses your system browser; that is outside the App’s direct control.

3. How we use information

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on:

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only as needed with:

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset sale with appropriate safeguards.

6. International transfers

PostHog and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by vendors) for transfers outside your country.

7. Retention

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or port your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

9. Children

The App is a casual arcade collection not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the App on devices you trust and keep your operating system updated.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, use Contact Us in the App when available, or the support channel on the Arcade Rush app store listing.
