Arcade Rush — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arcade Rush mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Arcade Rush is a collection of arcade-style games designed for casual play on mobile devices. The App may include a game hub, local progress (scores, levels, achievements), optional in-app purchases, analytics, and links to legal documents such as this page and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to these Terms on your own, you may use the App only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to use

Subject to these Terms, FNT Lab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by law or store rules;
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits that interfere with fair play or our systems;
remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
use the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that harms others or our rights.

4. Accounts and local data

The App is designed to work without a mandatory account. Game progress, settings, and similar data may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and backups. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may permanently delete local progress. Features described in the App (such as resetting progress) behave as shown in the user interface.

5. In-app purchases

Some content (for example, additional games or levels) may be locked until you purchase a full unlock or other digital product offered in the App. Purchases are processed by the app store on your platform (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) and may be managed through third-party services such as RevenueCat. Prices, availability, and billing are shown at the time of purchase and are subject to the store’s terms.

All sales are final except where required by applicable law or store policy.
You may restore prior purchases using the in-app “Restore purchases” option where available.
We may change which content is free or paid, and pricing, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, branding, artwork, audio, software, and game implementations, is owned by FNT Lab LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Classic game concepts may inspire individual titles; Arcade Rush provides its own implementations and assets. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the App as intended.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics, feature flags, in-app purchase platforms, or app store distribution). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any game or feature at any time, including to fix bugs, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or improve the experience. Remote configuration or feature flags may enable or disable games or menu items without a new app version.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FNT LAB LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS (USD $10), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the above applies only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FNT Lab LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or where prohibited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for legal or safety reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights. Courts in Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless your local law requires a different forum for consumers.
